Our company was created to vastly modify the cleaning/maid service industries ethical standards. The doors of business were opened after finding that many companies were letting strangers into their clients homes. These businesses were contracting out cleaning services to the lowest bidders, and not even bothering to thoroughly train, test and verify the very people that were servicing their clients.
We couldn’t stomach the idea of that style of business; nor should anyone else….
JDL Cleaning TLC of the Mid-Cities, North Texas was opened in 2001 and has a vigorously trained staff in customer service, ethical compliancy, attention to detail, and overall performance standards. We do not “farm” out our jobs to anyone. We are a dedicated team that trains to the likes of our founder, Ruth Mallett; an almost OCD type A personality, that make sure everything is perfect for her customers.
Everyone works in sync at JDL!. We work as a close knit family to provide only the most thorough cleaning service solutions, to the Mid-Cities and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about our jobs and we act as a team to be there for those who need honorable, trustworthy, and on time assistance in maid and organizational projects. We don’t waste the customers time and energy. We get in, get the job done to the best of our abilities, and then get clients approval before we leave for our next job. Point blank; we are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied with our work.
We are also the North Texas “Non-Toxic” cleaning company that cleans with as many green, organic and safe products that we can find. We do our best to make sure you and your family is safe! If you have a specific cleaning product that you prefer, be sure to ask us to clean with it, so that we can comply with your wishes.
